If your organisation agrees with the principles, intentions and commitments contained within the charter and has decided to become a signatory to the Glenelg & Southern Grampians Local Youth Commitment Charter, please download this form, complete and return to the Local Learning & Employment Network.
Please indicate the Youth Commitment actions that you plan to include in your next strategic, business / implementation plan. These will be included on the online data base to develop the collective commitment across the Southern Grampians region. (Refer to examples on the following page).

On receipt of your signed form your school / organisation will be added to the official signatory list.
